Black-throated Sparrow This black-throated sparrow was hanging out at Sutro Heights.

Brewer's Blackbird A Brewer's Blackbird was also there.

Great Blue Heron This Great Blue Heron was a model of courtesy as I took my photographs in Golden Gate Park.

	Common Egret Egrets are fairly common.
	California Creeper This creeper had a nest in the bark of a tree, it is difficult to see these birds, and to find a nest is a bonus.
	Red-shouldered Hawk This hawk was perched in the park.

	Merlin A Merlin was sitting on a post at Grizzly Island.
	White-tailed Kite Mare Island had a visit by this White-tailed Kite.
